Dream a Dozen is a dessert startup catering to retail and corporate clients. We are building an army of hustlers and go-getters, with great communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients. As a fast-paced and young startup, the individual will get exposure to all parts of the business, which helps him/her understand how they're contributing to the big picture!

Our focus is on the willingness of the candidate to learn and grow in this startup adventure, past experience in the food industry is not a pre-requisite but would be preferred.



Our kitchen team is lead by a pastry chef with a diploma from Whitecaps International, we are a team of hard-working girls who put all our passion and energy into client satisfaction. Unlike most bakeries - we make everything from scratch so the exposure will include learning multiple new techniques and recipes. For our retail orders, cake decoration is an important part of the role. For corporate orders, the individual will be exposed to execution of bulk orders on a large scale.

Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Baking and cake decoration
2. Research and trials for new recipes
3. Keeping stock of products in our kitchen and ensuring no shortage at any point in time
4. Packaging and smooth dispatch of orders
5. Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
