Dream a Dozen is a cloud gifting company in Bangalore with an all-women kitchen, breaking gender barriers in the culinary industry where only 3% of chefs are female. We focus on upskilling women from disadvantaged communities and believe in the motto “Empowered Women, Empower Women.” All our baked goods are 100% eggless and added preservative-free, reflecting our commitment to quality and ethics.
About Founder, Megna Jain
Megna Jain is an entrepreneur, baker, and TEDx speaker who runs Dream a Dozen, an online gifting company in Bangalore with an all-women kitchen focused on gifting and celebrations for individuals and corporations. Starting at 18 by selling cupcakes at her university, she now leads a team of 20+ women, empowering girls from underprivileged communities through baking training and employment, while partnering with women’s self-help groups during festive seasons.
A Christ University graduate with experience at InnerChef and Cakewala, Megna completed the Goldman Sachs-sponsored 10,000 Women Entrepreneur program at IIM Bangalore in 2021. Recognized nationally as the youngest of four women achievers in Tanishq’s #Everywomanadiamond campaign and featured in Vogue, YourStory, and Prajawani, she is passionate about encouraging women entrepreneurship and dreams of expanding her kitchens globally to increase women’s representation in business and the food & beverage industry.

That’s why we’ve chosen PP5 (Polypropylene, Plastic #5) for our packaging. It’s BPA-free, non-toxic, and completely food-safe, so your treats stay fresh, clean, and safe. More importantly, PP5 is sturdy yet simple, which means it actually has a fair chance of being recycled, unlike the shiny, multi-layered wrappers that usually end up in landfills.
