Shipping policy
All orders can be placed on the website at anytime of the day. These orders are processed in our kitchen between 9AM to 6PM from Monday to Sunday. Orders will be delivered in the time slot you have chosen. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Cakes and cupcakes are delicate products that are at a high risk of damage in transit. Hence, our recommendation to all customers is to choose the takeaway option. If the customer is not able to pick up from our kitchen - we also provide delivery.
We deliver within 15 km radius of our cloud kitchen through a 3rd party delivery agency like Dunzo, Porter, Icarry etc.
If the delivery address is beyond 15km from our kitchen, we can send the order through an Uber cab and the recipient can pay for the ride directly on the spot to the Uber driver. No representative from our end will accompany the cake in this case.
The pickup address is - Dream a Dozen Foods Private Limited, 3rd floor, Malathi Mansion, RBI East Layout, JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore - 560078.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the distance of the shipping address from our JP Nagar outlet, this is the closest estimate provided by Google Maps. The shipping charges are ₹19/km, inclusive of taxes.
Products that are sent through courier will reach the respective pincode based on connectivity of the courier service, usually:
- Tier 1 cities: 2 to 3 days
- Tier 2 cities: 4 to 6 days
- Tier 3 cities: 7 to 10 days
The shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout once the delivery address has been inputted.
Delivery Time
We have three delivery slots: 10 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 6 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm. We club deliveries as per the route of the day’s orders, so promising an exact time of delivery is difficult. However, we will deliver within the slot that has been chosen during checkout.

In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Dream a Dozen Foods Private Limited cloud kitchen in JP Nagar. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up between 9am - 6pm. If you specify the time of pick up, we will keep the order ready accordingly.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please WhatsApp us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving) at +91 88617 39269 with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
