Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Finance Executive to manage our financial processes and ensure smooth operations. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and love working with numbers, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Vendor Management:
- Process payments to vendors and - manage vendor bills.
- Maintain organised records of vendor communications and payments.
Invoice Generation:
- Raise proforma invoices and generate e-invoices for clients.
- Ensure all invoices are accurate and sent out on time.
Client Payments:
- Keep track of payments received from clients.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and resolve any discrepancies.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist in filling out onboarding documents for new hires and vendors.
- Maintain organised records of all onboarding paperwork.
Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Food Costing:
- Work closely with the team to cost out recipes, ensuring appropriate pricing to meet financial goals.
- Revise the prices accordingly as per seasonal price change of ingredients.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop campaign concepts and scripts for social media, WhatsApp, and email.

Concept Development:
- Research market trends, festive seasons, and customer insights to conceptualize new hamper ideas and product themes.
- Brainstorm innovative combinations of products, packaging, and presentation styles.
Product Innovation:
