As an all-women cloud kitchen, we have four values we've followed from the moment we established ourselves. Our experiences in the past four years have just added to our resolution of continuing with the same. I’ve been taught to never say no to sales, because we work so hard to get those orders, refusing to do them would be a shame. So, when my friend at a multinational bank said she would introduce me to their admin for a potentially continued business contract and I knew we weren’t at the scale to do it – I didn’t say no.
Today, after running the business for a while, I have learnt that my time is valuable as well so it’s okay to spend a little money in helping you automate processes.
